Bruce has successfully led the development of 6 downtown projects focused on the Arena District over the past 7 years. His group is now in development of three new projects that will include over 100,00 sf of new retail, multifamily and office. Much more is on the horizon as significant economic forces and government policies will transform the way we work, live, shop and develop in downtown Wichita.
