Janice founded Capacity in 2019. She has spoken at international conferences on marketing, brand development, leadership and culture. Janice created Capacity to examine individual levels of growth within organizations to find opportunities to boost productivity through increasing individual capacity in ourselves.

Janice is a professional member in the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) and a board member of Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W).
