Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE) is launching a unique City Growth Tour series, offering an exclusive look into the fastest-growing cities in our region. These tours provide firsthand insights from city leaders on past, present, and future development plans—giving our members a strategic edge in understanding market trends and opportunities.
Our first stop: Park City. With plans to expand seven miles along I-35, Park City is on the rise, with major industrial, commercial, retail, and residential growth, plus a new downtown center in the works. This is a prime opportunity for WICRE members to build relationships, gain valuable market knowledge, and explore potential deals in partnership with city leaders.
